I have worked with Debra Brzescinski a number of times and I have never been so impressed with anyone as I am with her. She is fast efficient knowledgeable goes way beyond the call of duty to ensure everything is done on time and accurately I cannot possibly recommend anyone more than her. Honestly, don't waste your time with anyone else she will get the job done.!!

Sold a number of properties for me. A++ on all of them.
A rental house and 2 apartment building were sold.
Transactions were very smooth and she was very helpful in all aspects of the sale.

Debbie is an extremely professional real estate agent and adviser. Her quick and efficient work was one of the major reasons we got our house! She is a superb negotiator, personable, proactive and knows the scene and players in this area.

Debbie will sell your house to the highest price possible!! No doubt! !She even moves the furniture around, removes clutter to make it more pretty!At our first open house she served warm lunch to everyone. It can't get better than that.

We met Debbie at an open house 4 years ago. The first impression was that of a very vivid, exuberant person, almost out of this world.
She was also great professionally. She was great because she always was walking the extra mile with us. We never hesitate to ask her opinion in a honest way, and she was really honest. She start knowing us very well she was teling us not we will like to hear but what we we like to know. She never pushed us, she never tried to take advantage for the fact that we were new on East coast market (I forgot to mention that we came from east coast) so we learn a lot. We owned a couple of homes in NY, so we were not green on the subject but Debbie introduced us to this market in a way that was very friendly and easy to understand. She showed us over 100 homes, put an enormous work and spend a lot of time with us.
She is now part of our circle of friends, almost a member of our family.
Our house is like her house to say it in english, that how close she is. We spend Christmas together, go places together we know her family, her daughter and granddaughters, we party and go to restaurants with them. In the end she is a great person and an excellent, professional Real Estate which knows her business inside out. Sometime the words cannot say better what you feel about a person so I take this opportunity to recommend her with all my hearth and responsibility, she is really good in all do respects.

Debra is simply the BEST real estate agent alive. I myself am a Realtor, but when it was time for me to sell my own home, I used Debra. She brought us a full asking priced buyer within the first few hours of the listing.

I do not know anyone better than Debbie. I have purchased a home from Debbie back in 1998 and she sold another house that I owned in 2003. I made a lot of income from that house. If you are looking for the best of the best she is it. She is the almighty guru in realestate.
I have referred family and friends to her and everyone was taken care of on a very professional manner. She has sold a house to my son and his wife, her mom and dad. I have a couple other friends that she helped and sold them houses too. She is extremely knowledgable in her field.
